My Story

I’ve known I’m here to do Big Things since I was recently potty trained.

Laurie McGinley, author of Running Into the Petri Dish of Burnout: A How Not-To Guide, keynote speaker, and transformation guide to World Changers.

That statement is more true than anything else has ever been. It has pulled me toward achievement through seven career transitions, lots of trophies, three languages learned, a bone I broke in my own foot to get a personal record running, a stroke at work at 31 and another burnout at 38.

I am a Motivator, like Eisen. I can see future scenarios, order all the steps, and have always known exactly what you all need to do to be successful. And I’m not shy about telling you that.

You see, I can see your success and I really want that for you.

Not once have I ever intentionally tried to hurt someone with this behavior. And when I find out that I absolutely have hurt someone I own it really fast and apologize.
